What is the Control Panel

The control panel allows you to quickly switch to the section of the dashboard that you need.

In the drop-down menu on the right, where your name is displayed, you will find the following sections:

  • Account — allows you to make basic profile settings
  • Billing — allows you to top up the balance for messaging and set up an auto payment with a bank card
  • Company — allows you to add the company name and country of location

Also, on the control panel, you can select the language of the interface of the dashboard, quickly go to filling out a ticket to the support service, have fast access to a drop-down list of selected chats with users.
