How to contact our Support Team

Our customer Support Team is available 24/7. Seven days a week, 365 days a year, we will solve any technical issue. And we will process requests regarding payments and offers from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays (UTC+3).

There are ways to contact Messaggio support:

  1. Email the Support Team support@messaggio.com.
  2. Draw up requests through the form on the website: https://messaggio.com/contacts/.
  3. Text a message in online chat from your dashboard. To do this, click on the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen.
  4. Send a ticket from your dashboard. To do this, go to the «My Company / Support Service» section. Select the subject of your request, describe the problem in detail, and click «Request support». Expect a response to the email address by which you registered your user account.
