Message price by communication channel

The cost of dispatch consists of the following components

• Platform: Free plan, or subscription fee for the corporate plan which comes with additional features
• Dispatch: the cost of messages in the selected channel for your client base
• Sender’s ID: subscription fee for the sender’s name, if required by the operator or messenger

To choose a suitable plan, start by reviewing the tasks of your company.

• The Free plan is suitable for small businesses. It is worth choosing if you plan to dispatch yourself as only one user will work with Messaggio’s personal account. You will be able to use the platform for free and send messages at an average volume. However, Messaggio’s other message conversion features, e.g. a/b testing, preferred message timing, smooth mass-sending, and others, will be limited in the free plan.
• The corporate plan should be used by medium to large businesses. Choose this plan if you wish to delegate messenger marketing to an employee or team and use Messaggio as a helpdesk — we do not limit the number of chat operators. This plan has wide functionality for optimizing advertising and service campaigns via messengers. In addition, we provide data security through two-factor authentication.

Yes, you have a free 30-day trial to test all of Messaggio’s features.

After registering with Messaggio, the free plan will be available automatically. You can activate a 30-day trial of the corporate plan in the ‘Balance’ section.

To activate the corporate plan in the ‘Balance’ section, select the appropriate period and follow the prompts in the interface.

To pay for an SMS, a subscription fee for the ‘Sender’s ID’, or the cost of your plan, you need to replenish your balance by going to the ‘My Balance’ section of your Messaggio personal account.

The subscription fee for the ‘Sender’s ID’ is charged monthly. The cost depends on the mobile operator or messenger.

• 150 € / month for sending to several countries including Russia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Iraq, Moldova, and Ukraine

or

• 100 € / month if the dispatch will be carried out in other countries

This amount includes the cost of dispatch. If the cost of the volume of messages goes beyond subscription inclusions, their delivery must be paid separately.

• 200 € / month and plan including 1000 active chats with unique users
