Duties include:

We are looking for Administrative Assistant to support the Business Development team.

Duties include:
  • Supporting the business development team administratively
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations
  • Assisting in managing the Messaggio social media channels
  • Sending out regular client marketing documents
  • English grammar checks, editing and rewriting of articles, emails, requests
  • Liaising with clients and their managers in respect of service issues, via telephone and email
  • Inputting and maintaining client data within CRM
  • Assisting with the collection, data inputting and filing of clients documents (letters, quotations, agreements, information forms, invoices, payments, etc.)
  • Preparation of payment instructions, and monitoring execution of instructions
  • Handling various general administrative tasks such as postals, printing, scanning, organising and filing of documents, communicating with the officials, etc.
  • Assisting in research for the products and services required by the company
  • Organise attendances at external meetings, conferences, exhibitions and other events
  • Travel arrangements
  • Willing to be online during the office time (9-17) and off-hours
Skills and Experience:
  • Highly organised, have great attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing), other languages will be an asset

We are looking for a Business Development Junior responsible for assisting in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned projects. The typical duties will be assisting the assigned Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications.

Duties include:
  • Research and development of system architecture and structure of the products
  • Performs functional analysis, benchmarking and interface studies to formalise customer requirements into systems architecture specifications
  • User Interface (UI/UX) development and user flow control
  • Designing and evaluating of mockups

  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

Skills and Experience:

We are currently looking for a full-time Qualified Accountant who will have an opportunity to work in different sectors such as audit, accounts, taxation, VAT, payroll. Experience of managing international contracts is required.

The job responsibility for the companies’ tax accounting, including:
  • International tax planning
  • Afford relief from double taxation
  • Perform the tax administration and taxation procedures
  • Reconciliations of tax accounting
  • Analysing transactions to ensure their proper accounting treatment
  • Finalising the management accounts of the company and reporting
  • Liaising with the other offices to safeguard correct transfer pricing implementation
  • Systematically analyse and identify taxation issues in order to determine the causes and propose solutions
  • Ensuring proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed
  • Ensure all taxation and legislative requirements are complied with at all times
  • Assist in other accounting duties
Skills and Experience:
  • Solid understanding of IT tasks and controls
  • Qualified accountant for international companies
  • Good communication skills and a team oriented approach are required
  • Previous experience in the IT industry will be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and tax accounting in an international group of companies
  • Excellent English, written and spoken
  • Highly proficient in the use of Excel as well as other office software
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, the ability to plan the work efficiently
