Terms and definitions in messaging
Multichannel messaging service is based on a variety of telecommunication and Internet technologies. In the description of services, we often use abbreviations that may not always be known to you. Here we have compiled a glossary of terms and definitions used in the industry.
A secondary page to which a user is directed when they click on an ad, where they are provided additional information and/or a mechanism to make a purchase. A user will often come to a landing page after clicking on an advertisement, email marketing link, social media link, or a search result. A landing page is designed to be an extension of an advertisement, often including direct sales content.
